Methods of Payment

We accept payment by cheque or by credit card through RBS World Pay a secure payment site. Please note, goods will only be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

Una Casa will not pass on your e-mail address or any of your details to any other person or company. We take your privacy and the security of your personal information very seriously.

Delivery

For UK mainland orders:
If you order an item which is in stock we will endeavour to deliver it within three working days.

Postage and Packing

£5.95 per order

For overseas orders:

We will endeavour to find the safest, securest and cost effective way to deliver your goods. These will be charged at cost.

We reserve the right to change our delivery charges as and when necessary. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to exchange or refund goods within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned unused, with original packaging and in the condition they were purchased.

Please note, we cannot refund postage costs incurred. We suggest you use registered post and that you retain proof of purchase, as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
